real time datafeed seriously deviated on Oct. 24

On Oct. 24, the real time datafeed of eSignal was found seriously deviated from the LIFFE exchange by as large as more than 100 points in random, i.e. the chart is completely unusable in trade during the day.
Is there anyone who notices the phonomenon and knows the setup??
