Hi, my Customer ID: 2391439. From today I could not recive Hotspot FX retail data, which was in my personal list service during 23.09.08 ( the recieving ticks finished at 23:23:59 of 23/10/08). My billing date is 24 day of each mounth, and my credit card had enought money for registred services, and i made the transeaction manualy today. I dont canceled this service (Hotspot FX retail), but i cant reiceve it, and i cant do anything in my private account room in the site. That I must to do to correct this problem, i think that the perpouse of problem is laying on your side. I send 3 letters to support, but not recieve nothing back. Help me to decide this problem during the weekend please.

GTIS Forex: USD$50 per month
Hotspot FX retail: USD$20 per month
That gives you a total of USD$70 extra per month to have access to Hotspot FX retail data.
