  • different FX ticks in Sat and Internet datafeeds

here is the question to ESignal support:

it seems that ESignal works faster (especially during
American trading session) and very much noisier
    than Satellite Signal product.
extreme points of the day ALWAYS differ ... :-(
Satellite is very close to actual levels traded in
wholesale market but ESignal is absolutely out of line
for every FX major or cross.

how do you explain these differences ?
is FX datafeed the same for both products ?

will you care to impose the quality control
on technical link and/or contributors to filter
bad ticks somewhere in near future ?

ESignal's weak FX support is worrying feature
for some of the long term users cause you are going
    to drop Sat link.

    TIA

    best regards,
    bvsh

The source for our Forex data is, and has been for quite some time, GTIS, one of our sister companies within IDC. We only have a handful of subscribers using Forex data via Signal Satellite and our eSignal Forex users outnumber the satellite users at least 30 to 1.

So we can further look into what you're describing, please give some specific examples and provide screenshots if possible. We're pretty confident that everything we provide on eSignal is superior to our capabilities on broadcast.

    Thanks.
