On the daily chart the volume has updated for 11/11/2008 for TY Z8 and EC Z8 but the OHLC prices remain the same.

Pit trading was closed yesterday and the CME/CBOT appear to have posted a Settlement (see for example the enclosed table captured from the CBOT's site) hence the single print.
As to the Volume being updated see this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase that explains how eSignal reports daily Volume for futures
