invalid symbol for eurexx mkt

I am having invalid symbol for eurexx on my quote page for the eurexx market.

They are ET z8-dt, ax z8-dt and Gb z8-dt. I have check with esignal website and it show it is the correct symbol.

I have no problem yesterday. Please help.

All those symbols look OK on my screen and the result "invalid" doesn't usually mean an entitlement issue.
