Only 10 Days of Data

Hello,

I trade the symbol TO, and, for some reason, I can only access 10 days of data. When the 11th day displays, I loose the earliest day's data bringing me back to 10 days again. I tried to fix the the problem by accessing continuous contract but that didn't work because TO has only been in existence for the current contract. Can someone help, please? Thanks.

Hello,

What type of chart are you only seeing 10 days of data on? Is it a Tick chart or an intraday chart?

If its a tick chart than there is only 10 days of data available on our servers for these types of charts.

If its intraday, then right click the chart and go up to time templates. Then click on 24 hour and let me know if you get more data.
