I've just subscribed to "Delayed European & Asia/Pacific Futures" and have loaded uip the Dax chart (AX Z8-DT). The data loads OK with 15 mins delay but it isn't streaming. Is this what "Delayed" means or can I get it streaming somehow?

if you are subscribed to the delayed bundle, the data should be streaming but with 15min delay. After you subscribed to the delayed bundle, did you close eSignal and the Data Manager in order to refresh your account entitlements?
Please try this first and if you still continue having problems, don't hesitate to contact us directly by phone or live rep so we can look into the issue.
