Eurex Charts are Not Updating

My Eurex charts only update this morning if I manually refresh. Happens tp all timeframes - minute and Tic
My ensign charts are updating normally

I resolved this with a reinstall. Strange that ES was updating but none of the Eurex markets. Maybe related to the tic chart problem?
