No tick history on SGX (Singapore) futures

I can't seem to pull up a tick chart on SGX symbols, I get red Inv Symbol. Minute charts are fine.

I see tick data on SG A0-SGX. Please always include at least one specific symbol when reporting a problem. Try a tick chart on that symbol and let us know if it works.

Oh, I forgot to say I am using continuos symbols.

TW 1!-SGX. It is specified as monthly in continuous settings.

So you're saying those settings will produce a 1 minute chart no problem but display no tick data? How about the individual contracts? The active month appears to be TW 9J-SGX. Can you see time and sales and tick charts using an individual, active contract?

Yes, month codes are fine. Strange also, that it says Inv Symbol, and not something else. Other Asian markets are ok, with continuous contracts. I'm using NK 1!-SGX, TW 1!-SGX, SG 1!-SGX, e.g.
