value area of market profile

I have been experiencing problems with the market profile on futures. The value area changes dramatically after opening up a screen. Has anyone else had this experience?

Any chance you can capture the before and after charts in screen shots and post them? That way we'd get a specific symbol and see exactly what your describing.

You will have to walk me through sending a screen shot. I have already brought this topic up to customer support. The short answer I was given is it won't be repaired ( market profile ) until next fall in a new version. It seems there are not too many subscribers to market profile.
