No $vix today

vix is not appearing on any chart in any timeframe I checked - 1 min, 5 min, daily, weekly. Note that I logged on before market open ( 9:00 a.m. eastern)

Now it's available but only shows up since 10:18 ( usually starts at 9:45)

I know this is after the fact, but I just wanted to follow-up on this. It appears that the $VIX opened late yesterday as the first update we received from the exchange was at 10:18a ET.
