$TVOL showing 0 for yesterday

This AM, once again, $TVOL is missing the previous day value. Something link this happens frequently.

On a plot of $TVOL with no indicators, the value for
Wednesda, 8/5 is zero.

We don't populate the "prev" field on stats like this but you should see the data in a daily tabular format or in a daily chart. It's been a few hours since your post so can you see the data now? If there is some sort of timing issue, probably best to call us when you see it so we can take a look.

We're investigating your report to determine when the current day's bar is displayed on the charts. This will mostly be determined tomorrow morning at market open and will post our finding at that time.

To clarify, this is an Advanced Chart with only one symbol and a MA(10) from your basic set (not something I have edited).

On the "Daily" display, the value for 8/5 is 0. That is true at this moment, 13:20 on 8/6 EST. NOTE: That is with LINE Chart type.

With CANDLESTICK type for that day ONLY, it displays a Red candle of the range of
Open: 1880774K
High: 1880774K
Low: 0

For previous days, before 8/5 and Candlestick it shows only one value and that value is stated as Open, High, Low, Close.

We were able to duplicate this issue reported in the pre-market hours and have forwarded the results to our Product Manager and Data Departments to determine the cause. Once we have more information or resolution we'll post back here.

In the meantime to remove the incorrect bar a refresh of the chart after Market open will adjust the previous days bar to reflect the correct values.

The refresh does not always work. I have tried that, tried starting a new chart completely etc. without success. It was fine today.

Vol for yesterday was missing thia AM. It was there before the market opened then it went away.

I changed the efs to I can select if it is picking the volume from $TVOL from, close,open,high,low or volume. That seems to the be issue. On the previous day value, it may be coded as a price and not volume.
