When I started my eSignal today my bond futures charts were displayed in decimals. Yesterday, they were in fractions. I exited eSignal, deleted specs.tab file and rebooted the PC. But the problem is not solved. Any suggestions?

This is related to an issue discovered in the most recent specs.tab file which mostly affected older versions of eSignal such as version 8.0.
A new specs.tab file is being rolled out this evening which should address the decimals on bonds that you are seeing. You shouldn't have to do anything to see the fix other than possibly restarting the application prior to market open tomorrow.
