daily charts of $VIX

The charts of $VIX, $VXN and $VXO are stuck in "Receiving..." state although all daily bars are already displayed on the chart. There is no studies running on the chart. I already added MDI Market Data Index Service to my account, so I think my eSignal is already entitled to receive realtime data of $VIX, $VXO and $VXN. What is causing the problem then?

Nothing has technically changed quite yet with regards to indices so that's not the issue. Are you on the latest version of 10.5? Have you tried just restarting?

I can't duplicate with those symbols, btw.
