TS2000i with esignal

Hello
I try to work with ts2000i and esignal , securities are update in real time with esignal but when I ' m not connected to esignal for a while after this I have a blank.
How can I resolve this ?

GlobalServer can only receive and store data while it is connected to the eSignal servers. It will not collect historical data.
To do this you need a data downloader like Uniserver (click here for more details)
