Serious Lag in quotes taking place in CL

I noticed approx at 1045ET there is about a 15-30 sec lag in quotes from CL H0=1 versus what is taking place on my TT platform...

please look into this and find out what the problem is.

We've received several reports of lagging on symbols coming from the NYMEX exchange. We have reported this to our Network and Data Department.

As of now we're no longer experiencing this delay but continue to investigate what may have been the cause.

as of right now i show trade on TT at 7645 in CLH and esignal shows 7704!!!!

Thanks for the update, Please see this post, the delay is a little more wide spread the previously reported. We're conitnuing to investigate and will update when more information is available.

Update: The issue was caused by a combination of heavy Futures Volatility as well a transitional feed that was running during a server upgrade. Once the transitional feed was disabled the delays subsided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
