different prices on different time frames

Hi Traders,

Sometimes, I find the data is not updating in all time-frames identically. Especially, the daily chart is not properly updated, sometimes.

In the attached example (ZG #F on 03/30/10 11 a.m.) , the upper 10' chart is showing a last 1102.1 while the daily chart still shows 1109.6. This is just one sample, the problem occured much more than once.

Is there any idea, how to solve it?

By the way, about 10 minutes later, after I started the software new, it was solved.

It sounds like there was not a sustained connection to the History servers. Best resolution to for this is first try refreshing the chart to confirm a connection to the server if it's still not updating a restart of eSignal will establish a fresh connection to all servers required by your page/layout.
