    Hi,

    I was just wondering if there was an ETA to this fix? Since the start of the new month this feature has been broken as it only displays data from Mar10 forwards.

    For which contracts are not seeing data beyond March 10th? And are there specific intervals?

      Hi Avery,

      Everything with a 1! appended.

      I received an email from Techsupport last week saying that the issue was escalated to the engineers, so I'm just wondering when the problem might be resolved.

          Our Network and QA are currently testing the fix on our Tick Servers, once the testing is completed it will be rolled into production. ETA for the fix is the end of Month barring any complications.
