Transact data feed trouble

Hello, was wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with using eSignal with the TA data feed with CME globex futures? I use it mostly for the currency futures and everyday this week at 2:00 PM PST the data goes bad for about an hour. The bars are flat and no volume at all. It resumes again after an hour. See my attached screenshot.

Looks like this is normal as the feed shuts down for an hour... just like it says on the website... This is kinda annoying as it messes with Moving averages but oh well.

The CME is sending out the preliminary settlement a couple of times a day that in most cases becomes the final Settlement. But since these settlements can change we avoid filtering for now.

Our Network and Data Departments are continuing to investigate different solution that will eliminate the problem.

As an options you could create a time template (see attached) that would remove this one hour to better display the Moving Average.
