missing data in AX 1!-DT and ET 1!-DT

I've got a problem in showing AX 1!-DT and ET 1!-DT on intraday basis, i.e. 60 minutes:

There seems to be a lack of data between Dec, 18th 2009 - March, 19th 2010.
Data before Dec, 18th 2009 is visible.

Does anybody have an idea how to get that missing data.
Note: my subscription includes extended history.

Any help is appreciated very much.

We discovered a bug in our tick server logic where rather than look for the 2010 contract, it's looking for a year 2000 contract, which doesn't exist in most cases. A new version of the code has been developed and it's in the process of being QA'd and rolled out to all the various server farms. Complete resolution should be in place w/in 2-3 weeks.
