Only 4 days of Intraday Tick History

I restarted Esignal this morning to reload my charts after the connectivity issue was resolved.

Now only 4 days of intraday ES Tick/Volume bar history are showing up.

Anyone else having this problem?

I am also a subscriber to the extended intraday data add-on service.

Thanks for the update. May have just been a server getting taken out of rotation for weekend maintenance.
