Thank you for the report however checking with our Network and QA departments we have no reports of outages or interruptions in service for the Tokyo Exchanges.

If you experience an interruption like this please contact our Technical Support via LiveRep or phone so that the issue can be investigated while it’s occurring. We have a better chance of isolation and a quick resolution.

      We apologize for the inconvenience.

This started at 08:00 and lasted 4.5 hours untill the afternoon session began. Given the time difference it's understandable that you would have not received any reports there. Singapore usually handles these matters.
If you check T&S for JGB10 1!-TPX you will see the first print being at 09:14:56 even though it opened a few seconds after 09:00.

I did used to contact TS by phone or LiveRep in my timezone when such problems were happening. Unfortunately that is not currently an available option leading to a solution. Hopfully it will again be so in the future.

Thank you very much for having checked on this,
        Jay

          Jay,

I apologize for the miscommunication UKOps did get send out a notification of an outage. Our Network departments did a restart of the parsers which resolved the issues.

Our Network and QA are continuing to investigate the cause of the outage.
