Missing Bars

I use tradeguider software with esignal data. from 10th August 2010, while my esignal charts (Intraday - for expl : 60 Min) are ok but data on tradeguider charts are missing since then (For forex, comex as well as NSE). Only the current bar which is developing is showing intermediate data since 10th is missing.

If I'm understanding you correctly, when you are in the eSignal application, the data is accurate and present but when you switch to TradeGuider, the data is missing. If that's the case, have you checked with TradeGuider support to see if they can reproduce?

If I didn't describe the situation correctly, please clarify.
