I have a 24 hour chart with 5 minute bars, I notice the new bar starts about 35 secs early, is this a problem on my end?

I had a 1 or 2 seconds difference before syncing my computer's time and spot on afterwards (see screenshot enclosed below) so you may want to check your computer's time

As usual you are spot on, I thought Win7 updated the clock for me but turns out i needed Atom Time Pro for free. http://www.atomtime.com/download.html Thx again my friend!

You are most welcome
It should do it on its own based on a set schedule assuming you have enabled that option in the Date and Time settings of Win7
Regardless you can always sync it without the need of another app by going into Date and Time-> Internet Time-> Change Settings-> Update now

David,
Did you have the time sync setup in the the eSignal Data Manager app? It's under Data->Time... (Synchronize Computer Clock checkbox)
If that box is checked, then there's no need to have Windows go to a time server to update your PC clock or have a separate app running that does it.Last edited by SteveH; 09-05-2010, 07:28 AM.
