It appears the exchange has discontinued providing several underlying indices. The notice does not provide a reason, just a list of the 5 indices they have removed from their feed effective yesterday. Here's the main text of the notice from SGX:

DISCONTINUATION OF THE DISSEMINATION OF UNDERLYING INDICES

Please be informed that effective 4th October 2010, we will cease the dissemination of the following cash indices:

1) S&P CNX Nifty Index
2) MSCI Taiwan Index
3) MSCI Singapore Free (Simsci) Index
4) MSCI Hong Kong Index
5) MSCI Asia APEX 50 Index
