charting problem

Hi

I can not real-time chart and quoting.
I have two productID, mt9672-Esignalondemand, mt9673-EsignalPremier. and I logged on using EsignalPremier ID.

but, The chart state is pending with the message "Req sent" (see enclosed figs).

I want to chart continous contract like 6E 1!.

some figs of my configurations are enclosed.

I can chart 6E #F daily but this is not real-time and i cannot chart 6E #F other time interval like 60min .

what should i do to fix this...?

6E #F is a CME Globex symbol.

You would have to add a real time exchange to the eSignal Premier account to see that update at real time.

You can do so via account management.
