No futures data

Hi,

I'm using AGET EOD and subscribe to eSignal data however I'm unable to bring up a chart for Australian Futures September contract SPI 200 (AP U3).

I have ticked 'Futures' in the data download setup and also ticked 'Download Data pack', however I just can't get the chart up.

Can you please explain what to do here and why this isn't working for me?

You may want to try using the symbol with exchange extension ie AP U3-SFE. Seems to work here (see image below).

I have the same problem like John. I have a delayed description for the european and asian futures markets and do not get quotes from the SFE.
