Intraday Future Prices

Hi Folks,

I am fairly new to the world of Futures and Esignal, so this is probably something pretty dumb

I appear to have EOD futures prices, but I do not have intra-day. In Esignal, hitting "Tick" in a futures contract (EG. CC #F) gives a not entitled error message, and a 60 minute data gives a no data error message.

I've reviewed my subscription and the only option I'm seeing that might be related to this would be "Extended Intraday History" under Miscellaneous.

Is there something I'm missing, so I can view intraday futures prices?

Hello and welcome,

For most subscription types, you can get EOD/Daily prices on most futures. To get intraday prices, you need a subscription to either delayed or real-time data. Here's our delayed bundle pricing:

In most cases, you can add directly via Account Maintenance. If that's still not entirely clear or you'd like to discuss all your options, just give Customer Service a call.
