Why there are no indicies for data from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

The indices that we have are the FTSE-Johannesburg:

$J403-FTSE
$J400-FTSE
$J303-FTSE
$J300-FTSE
$J257-FTSE
$J203-FTSE
$J202-FTSE
$J201-FTSE
$J200-FTSE

These Indices are part of the FTSE indices and not Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
