intraday data missing

all intraday data from 9/1/10 - 9/6/10 is missing?
daily data is OK.
is this my eSig software?

Same here for symbols such as
%JGB10 1!-TPX
%TPX 1!-TPX
%NI225 1!-OSM.
Futures data on TSE and OSM between 12:59 9/01 and 09:00 9/06 is missing.
Stock data on TSE is correct.
