transfert data without DDE

What would be the usual or best way to transfert up to 12 specific information from eSignal to a web page open on the same client?
Can these two approaches may be considered:
· EFS within eSignal and Javascript within the web page sharing data via a cookie?
· Streaming these same eSignal data from Interactive Data using SOAP or other API?

Before considering the methods you've outlines it's important you know that display data from any exchange on a website or web based application is considered redistribution of data. To redistribute data you must be Vendor or Record for each exchange that data will be displayed for.

Being Vendor or Record does require a lot of reporting on your part to the exchanges. It also requires that you have signed contracts with each end user who views the data from your side.
