Problems with Depth on ES - Help Please!

Please checkout the attached file - the garbage data in the bid and ask. I have had this problem for a couple of weeks (since the week before contract rollover to be precise) and when I called tech support today they told me it was a 'known issue' which they are 'working on' I only trade casually but I cant believe that this problem has been happening for this length of time without some noise from professional customers. is anyone else seeing this?

Thank you for the report. We were able to duplicate the stale ask quotes on ES #F and and submitted this to our Engineering team. They applied the fix and it appears to have addressed this issue. Please contact our support team directly if you see any further Depth issues.
