  • FDAX accessing old contracts

    Hi,

I use Multicharts and have a Esignal Subscription for EUREX and historical data. I want e. g. to use the old contracts to build a continous contract of FDAX.

But actually it is not possible to get the data for "AX M1-DT" or "AX Z0-DT" (not in Esignal and not in Multicharts or even NinjaTrader). Accessing historical data via "%AX 1!-DT" in ESignal is possible, but it is not possible to use "%AX 1!-DT" in Multicharts.

I need this data for backtesting strategies.

    thanks for a quick replay,

    Stephan

See this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase regarding the format required for expired contracts
