Still can't get es u2. I tried es u3 too.

ES U2 is last September's contract and it is long expired. You can see expired contracts but the symbol has to be different
[root symbol][space][month][4digit year] for example ES U2002
Furthermore you will only be able to view Daily or higher interval.
As to your subscription details a reply will have to come from someone at eSignal

You need CME subscription for the e-minis as far as I know.

when you enter es u2, for the old e mini from 2002, do you see a blank screen?

If so, scroll WAY BACK to last year and see if the data is back there.

To see if you are permissioned for the e mini try es u3
