"Old" GM history data

Is it possible to view the history data of "old" GM? Currently under the GM ticker data is available since November 2010.

Try the symbol MTLQQ within eSignal and let me know if that's the data you are looking for. We do wipe data for symbols after they don't trade for a year, so this data will eventually go away, but for now this should work for you on a daily chart.

It was later re-IPO'd under the original ticker symbol GM in November of 2010. It is a new IPO and completely new stock data.

The MTLQQ contains data starting from the new GM unfortunately does not hold the old GM data.

I am looking to to run backtests were the 1 minute data of GM are needed.

Do you have any idea how I can get that data?

GM data

The MTLQQ symbol is the old GM data. It does have some of the most recent data when GM was already bankrupt and unfortunately there isn't a way to separate this out from this symbol. As for old GM data, this is all that we've got. Hope this helps.
