    Hello,
    Almost 2 hours ago, per your tech, I had to reestablish my connection to eSignal. I now have my charts back, but I still don't have any data. It reads "loading data" on my studies. Should it take this long for the data to appear?

    Definitely something wrong. Should be less than a minute for data to re-populate. You can try to exit/re-enter again or give our Support team a call so they can look at your connection.
