Sometimes a "restricted" alert appears next to a stock symbol in a Watch List -- is there a quick way of identifying the nature of the restriction within e-Signal, or must the trader contact the relevant exchange for this information. Thank you,

There isn't a quick way of finding this out within the eSignal program. Normally a quick websearch or contacting the exchange or a broker is required to get this information. If you've got news on your account and something major happens to a particular symbol sometimes it will be covered in a news article and you can get that within the eSignal program.
