Per the chart or tabular data, looks like there's a OHLC value of 0 on 9/19/11, hence the bad scale. Most likely a bad transmission from the Exchange but our QA group will research to be sure.

As an alternative to posting on the forums, please use our price challenge portal as that's monitored 24/5 by our Data QA team.
