The problem has not been resolved in the last two months.
I still cannot load Eurex tic data until each market opens. There is still some point after the market closes that tic data history can no longer be accessed. This means that prep for the next trading session cannot be done.
This problem has been acknowledged but not resolved.
What is the status of the fix?
