5 minute bars start plotting 1 minute too early

In 11 for all symbols on TSE such as JGB10 1!-TPX, 5713-TSE the bars for intervals that are divisible by 5 (5,15,35 etc,) start plotting 1 minute too early. For example the 5 minute bar for 12:50:00 to 12:54:59 starts plotting at 12:49:00. If you put your pointer on the 5 minute bars, the times shown in the x-axis end in 4 or 9 (09:44,11:39)

Lately I haven't been able to use the Report a Bug form. Keep getting [An error occurred during submitting data to server].

Please disregard this. I found the cause to be in an old Time Template.
