      Well thank you for the latter that is all I was after.

      I did do a search through esignal, but all I got was an article that someone wrote a few years back.
      If the knowledge base is as big of a wealth of information as it sounds It should be more prominently featured.

        You can access the eSignal KB directly from eSignal 11 by clicking Support-> Application Help or from eSignal 10.x by clicking Support-> eSignal KnowledgeBase
        Alternatively you can click Support-> Product Support-> eSignal in the eSignal menu at the top of this forum which will take you to a page where you can find various links to all sorts of useful information [including the eSignal KB]
