EUREX poor quality data

today @1000 CET AX H3-DT had poor data on 1 minute chart
yesterday data 1000-1015 are missing
these problems are becoming frequent

I'm not sure what is being shown in these screenshots. It looks like they are both the same. Can you please explain? I'm unable to duplicate the issue you are describing. We need a little more detail in order to look into this. Please let me know, when you can. Thank you

i just controlled on esignal 10.6: bad quality data seems to be a bug of esignal 8.0 (reopening esignal 8.0, 1007-1024 bad data go ok, but few others appear); yesterday missing data 1000-1015 are always there
almost time to switch to esignal on demand 10.6

If I'm to understand correctly, this is only an issue that you are seeing in eSignal 8.0? I am not able to duplicate these issues in eSignal 10.6 or 11.5. Would you be able to upgrade to one of these programs?

very bad quality data appear both on esignal 8.0 and 10.6 on many major contracts
