  • Pre-Market Chart Data not Updating in 10.6

    After two weeks of needing to manually refresh my charts to see updated pre-market (US equity) data, I called the help desk. I was told that new servers are the cause of the problem (for 10.6 only). Is there an estimated fix date?

    We have a version of the DM that can be downloaded and installed that solves this issue. You can get this from the following link. The file is called winros.exe and it needs to be put inside the eSignal directory and replace the winros.exe that is already there. Hope this helps, thank you.
