No realtime data for Hang Seng Futures today 20131002.

Coincidentally yesterday 20131001(Monday) was a Hong Kong holiday.

Please get it fix, please get the missing realtime data replaced.

Update 1: It looks like this was caused by a holiday flag not being removed. We are working to fix this now.

Update 2: Because of where this error happened we did not receive the data. We will not be able to recover the missing data. The issue has been fixed.

This sounds like such an ELEMENTARY error. I would not have expected this to happen for a company like esignal.

Customers besides not receiving realtime data, will have their historical analysis impacted since the company will not replace the missing data.

Please update your procedures to ensure such a basic and easily avoidable error do not occur agan.

Procedures are already in place to make sure this does not happen again. The issue was a lot more than just a flag and it was at such a high level that we did not receive the data. Since we do not have the data (on another set of servers or otherwise) there is no way for use to recover this. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
