No realtime data for Hang Seng Cash Index Monday 20131028

Now is Monday 20131028 9:40am Hong Kong Time.

There is no realtime data for Hang Seng Cash Indexes and also the Hang Seng Vix Index.

Been waiting for online chat for so since market open and there is no response.

Please fix and backfill the missing data.

Are you still showing the missing data? I do show daily and intraday bars for 10/28 for $HSI-HKG and $VSHI-HKG. If the data is still missing, click Support on the eSignal menu bar, select "Report a Questionable Price" , and fill out the form. This will go directly to our QA Department that actually fixes the data. For this and other data issues, reporting it there will result a much more prompt fixing of the data for you.
