    Hi guys

1/ I changed to the new Eurex symbol FESX M5-EUX and everything works well. However, the historical data I had before with the old contract disapeared? How much historical data does Esignal provide?

2/ Does Esignal have continuous EUREX contracts?

    Kind regards

      Hi guys

I need som help here, I want to download historical data from the last three contracts of eurostoxx 50. I changed the symbol to contiunious contract FESX 1!-EUX but I still only get data for current contract. How do I download that data? I use Investor RT and their support said that your probably have continiuos contracts for EUREX.

      I appreciate your help
      Cheers

The symbol you are using is just the perpetual front month. For a continuous you need to use the % as explained in the article I linked in my earlier reply

Today I tried to fix this but just wan to clarify some -my english is not so good so it is not always easy to understand

I tried %FESX 1!;HMUZ-EUX as I wanted a contiunious contract with a lot of historical data for eurostoxx (FESX) but it didnt work? Is it allso right understood that these continiuos symbols only work on daily charts in third party programs?

I use Investor RT as charting program.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it

                      Hi Granit,

Here is a link to a forum thread that discusses the issue of continuous back-adjusted data and InvestorRT sofware. It basically states that InvestorRT must modify their API to read this type of symbol format.

                      Sincrerely,

                      Eric
