The Bund feed stopped at 05:51 New York time.

Please advise and fix ASAP

I see at least one rep from Esignal online here. It's been 28 min since Bund feed went down..any possibility of a reply from esignal as to what is happening or at least an acknowledgment of the problem..!!!!

Bunds fits and starts

The Bund feed started back up at 06:07 for two minutes and then stops again. It is currently behind 10 minutes and counting. The System Status webpage says the NORMAL. No it is not. Please eSignal get your act together.

Dec Bund on Eurex appears to have stopped updating from 07:46 GMT

No data since 07:46, just had a price change at 08:45 GMT but off again.

Something is amiss here. Symbol only updating when I click on it in Quote window.
Have "cleared " symbol and re-entered it in quote window, but still only updates when i click on it.
No updates until I click on symbol again.

Any help appreciated

Have closed everything down, re-booted pc and Bund seems to be updating in "real Time" again..?!

From my limited knowledge:

- the dataserver you were connected to is not working correct
- rebooting etc made you connect to another one, which is ok.

Next time when something like this happens: close down eSignal using CTRL-E (which will close down the turbofeed datamanager), and restart. Usually you will be connected to another dataserver.

The Edko solution is correct, since I'v experienced the same problem from time to time. The suggested procedure works fine.

it didn't appear immediately obvious to re-start esignal as other Eurex data was coming through ok.
