Download historical data in linux server

Hi.
I would like to download the historical data of multiple symbols (end of day data, not intraday) on a Linux server using eSignal data.
Is there any API to do this?
How could I do this?

Hi - I need to use this service too. Have been relying on icharts.yahoo.com but that service is no longer available. Need to download at least 600 days of day bar OHLCV adjusted for splits.
