Hi,
I am subscribed to One Chicago @$1.00/month, in my eSignal A/C. Can someone please tell me what current symbols should I use for AMAT and NTAP (two stocks) to view the current SSF in either the regular chart or the advanced chart. I have read the doc posted by someone on this topic...but for some reason I cannot see the data in the chart.
Will appreciate it very much.

The symbol for AMAT is AMAT1C my-1C (where m is for month code and y is year code). That symbol seems to plot fine (see image below)
As to NTAP are you positive that it is among the available SSF? I checked the list on OneChicago's site and it does not appear to be included.

Hi Alex,
Thanks very much for the quick response. I was just guessing about NTAP...maybe it does not have SSF.
But I am trying to plot AMAT SSF in advanced chart by typing:

amat1c u3-1c

as you said and it plots nothing for 5 min or daily. Says No Data.

Could it be because I am still using eSignal 7.2?

I just checked also on intraday and as far as I can see there is data.
I don't know if the fact that you are getting No Data has anything to do with running version 7.2. Irrespective I would suggest that you update to 7.4 as it is a huge improvement in every sense IMHO.
