ES Incorrect High

For Oct. 1 the ES #F Daily chart high value is incorrect. I've reported to "Bad Tick Reporter" Jay, this is becoming a regular (several times a week of late) problem on ES/NQ. Can u permanently fix this problem? Or in the interim, assign a staff member to manually check this each day & repair until problem is solved? It's a nuisance to have to continually enter the Bad tick reports.

Thanks again for the report. I do know that our QA group often spot check these (and they already caught a few H/L discrepancies this week.) Our QA Team has delved into the raw feed from the exchange, and the issue is seemingly coming from the CME sending out an incorrect High or Low summary. They have contacted the CME, and the exchange says they should have a fix in place before the end of today's session.
